Spyglass Search, Inc. is a regional Accounting, Financial, Human Resource, Operations and Administrative Search Firm based in South Bend, Indiana. The firm was established by Joe Pozsgai and Cynthia Strzelecki based on a shared vision of service to others and a desire to operate in a manner not commonly found in larger, more traditional staffing firms. In addition to many years of recruiting experience we have held accounting, audit and administrative positions in companies ranging from large multi-national corporations to small closely held businesses. Our diverse backgrounds and experience give us perspectives, first and foremost, as business professionals, and secondly as recruiters.
We invest the time and effort in every search engagement to understand the personal and professional attributes desired in candidates.
